Cisco Voice Consultant - Stuttgart, CCVP, Cisco Voice, Call Manager
Our customer, an international leader in enterprise networking and unified communications, is looking for an experienced technical consultant to join their highly successful team. You will have the opportunity to work with a leading partner across Cisco's Unified Communication portfolio, delivering world class projects and dealing with customers on both a consulting and technical platform.
As a Cisco Voice Consultant, you will be responsible for the following;
- Being a key player in consulting projects with customers
- Hold responsibility for delivery and implementation of Cisco Voice solutions as well as some high level design and architecture
- Drive the conceptual design and implementation of new Cisco UC services where appropriate
- Work with the configuration and setup of end-customer services in the network
- Developing strong and trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a technical authority with customers in your areas of expertise
- Generate the specific technical documentation for both design and delivery
You will have the following working experience;
- The requirements of this position are;
- A minimum of 5 years in network engineering with knowledge of VoIP infrastructure
- Direct experience working on customer projects in either consulting, delivery or architecture
- Very good knowledge of CUCM, Cisco Voice or Cisco Call Manager solutions
- Experience of network monitoring solutions and MaaS
- Good knowledge in WAN/LAN environment
- Ideally certifications (CCNP, CCVP or CCIE)
- A good standard of knowledge around Microsoft & Linux operating systems
- Bachelor degree related to Computer Science or Engineering
- Speak fluent German and English to business level.
