Key Responsibilities:-
- "Solution Definition" or "Solution rollout" within programs to implement strategic global SAP template (20 million >EURO) with the following activities: management of teams with up to 50 employees, budget preparation and monitoring, resource management, internal quality management, controlling and reporting and creation of status reports, management presentations and decision documents.
- Implementation of project assessments workshops as part of a defined project Quality Assurance.
- Support and coaching of project managers in critical and labour intensive project phases, such as project initiation
- Support for the development of the existing project management processes and methods as part of a continuous improvement process, particularly in the context of the introduction of company-wide IT project portfolio management.
The Ideal Candidate:-
- 6 Years as a project/program managers from major international SAP template projects in the life science industry
- Profound methods of project management knowledge (Prince2, PMI, etc.)
- Preferably several years of experience in a large consulting company
- A strong university degree in (business) computer science, operations, engineering or natural sciences
- Fluent in English
- Team spirit, communication skills, flexibility
