Square One are looking for an experienced IBM BPM Solutions Architect for a 3 month rolling contract working with one of our major clients based in Stuttgart.
Proficiency in German Language.
Experience with IBM BPM Implementation and Solution design
Experience in BPM, problem definition, Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes
Strong Requirements Gathering and Analysis, Solution Design, Functional and implementation knowledge as well as general Planning and Customer Management skills. Coordination with offshore development teams.
Effective Analytical and Communication skills
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to negotiate and influence executive level for decision making
Strong leadership, presentation and team management skills
Preferred:
Automotive domain knowledge
Provide technical guidance
