Darwin are currently recruiting for a BSS Test manager based in Dusseldorf, Germany. This contract role is on a 3 month rolling basis and has a very high chance of extension.
Some of the key components of a great candidate we are looking for are as follows:
Responsible for product & system integration throughout engineering life cycleLead integration team to meet product and system requirements within the budget, quality and timescales set for the projectAs Integration Manager you will plan, integrate, execute and track logical and progressive integration of the BSS(OCS/CRM/BILLING) System,Manage system internal and external interfaces by developing the strategy, plans and procedures with the team to execute product requirements and mitigate risks.Understand and apply systems engineering methods, understanding the technology and its interfaces to ensure smooth and comprehensive integrationParticipate in the architecture development to ensure the overall functionality can be achieved through the integration of the elementsWork with other engineering stakeholders and discipline specialists (where necessary) to gain an understanding of the system, the level of integration needs and risks and develop integration strategiesMaintain the relationship with customer and stakeholdersAssure proper communication within the project team about the integration activities, plans and risksIdentify and manage Non Disclosure Agreements with Third PartiesManage 3rd Parties during integration activitiesWe are looking for specific requirements for this particular role and they are as follows:
At least 8 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years of experience working for a Telecommunication company or OCS, Billing/CRM vendor in a System Integration roleEnglish fluency both verbal and writing is essentialWorks effectively in situations involving uncertainty, change, or lack of information.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Strong communication and presentation skillsGood customer management skillsSelf-starter with ability and ambition to work remotely, onsite with a specific customer for extended or dedicated periods of time.Ability to work across groups by setting mutual goals, ensuring clarity of roles, and working together in ways which enhance business effectivenessAble to work on a multi-cultural environmentPlease contact me if you are interested in this role for a private and confidential chat.
