Task:• Project Management: Project planning, scheduling, cost estimations, definition of decision papers, resource Management, etc.
• Coordination / Alignment with different stakeholders: Carve-Out Project Managers, FM department, further external contractors, different functions like IT-Security, IT Architecture, etc.
• Conduct and participate in workshops
• Solution planning, design and specification
• Planning, design and specification of a solution which is adapted to requirements of a midsize company
Requirements (Must have):
• Experience in IT landscape and transformation management / change management
• Understanding of Cloud Solution strategies, master data management and architecture
• Experience in solution design and implementation planning
• Solid knowledge of Project management principles
• Good understanding of common FM processes: Access control, Real Estate Management, Space and Workplace Management, Maintenance Management
• Good communication and decision making and communication skills
• Willingness to travel
• German and english (fluent in spoken and written)

Environment/Miscellaneous:
• The mission shall start in August 2016 and will have an estimated duration time min. end of 2016.
• Estimated workload is 3 days a week in Ulm and on demand few travels to site Ottobrunn, Friedrichshafen or Manching
