Project Analyst/Architect - SMO Infrastructure -Insurance - Germany
NextLink Solutions need to hire a Project Analyst/Architect for a crucial and very complex project, where all your Project Analyst/Architect skills will be tested.
This very exciting and critical project is for a global and highly sought Insurance company in Germany.
Project Analyst/Architect tasks:
- Take ownership of user requirements
- Create and develop SMO Infrastructure design diagrams
- Build and manage the SMO plans for ATP project
- Facilitate collaboration between all key stakeholders within SMO
- Manage the completion of the Service Acceptance document
- Manage handover from project to IT Operations
- Have aptitude to gain some working knowledge of the project
- Ensure appropriate technical design, operational support, and life cycle support documents are created and signed off by SMO Heads.
- Engage with the project resources to a moderate level of detail
- Organise and conduct regular progress meeting and reviews with the work stream leads
- Raise up areas of concern and potential risk with the relevant next level of management
- Prepare status reports as required by PMO and management functions
- Prepare meeting minutes and action lists, follow up on actions, escalate incomplete actions where applicable
- Facilitate collection and signoff of non-functional requirements
Project Analyst/Architect Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Server Infrastructure - Windows, Linux, Active Directory, virtualization technologies, SAN storage, and Citrix
- Project Management - Project plans, stakeholder updates, project budgets, working with project resources
- Excellent communication skills (listening, writing, and presenting) at all levels, from staff members to senior management level
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Customer focused and process oriented
- ITIL, Incident, Change, Problem, Access
- Self motivated
- Facilitation skills
- International competence (including intercultural awareness)
- Ability to work as part of a team
