PINC Solutions GmbH is a Munich based Marketing Agency serving global Brands in finding solutions for there their diverse Marketing challenges.We are currently looking for an engaged and open minded Project Manager PR & Social Channel who has the capacity to cope with various marketing elements across all media channels, while collaborating with multi-functional teams and business partners. We look for curious individuals who are able to make decisions, by both trusting their instinct and gut feelings, but also their experience and knowledge. An exceptionally low ego-to-talent ratio (none of the first, tons of the latter). A relentless craving to push past your limits and try new things. The smarts and the humble confidence to take on big challenges, make mistakes fast and early, embrace tough feedback, then recover quickly with fresh, startlingly perfect solutions.
From the first day, you will be given immediate responsibility and be expected to build your part of the business as if it were your own.
We are looking for: Project Manager
(Master, Diploma, Bachelor degree) coupled with Brand Management passion with:
Your Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the World of Marketing and Brand Management
• Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non academic activities
• Strong skillset in Project / Event Management and team organization
• Solid knowledge of cross platform; digital and social media
• Self-starting capabilities, collaboration skills, creativity and strategic thinking
• Strong communication (verbal, written and presentation), interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills/talent
• Superior problem solving skills and prioritization skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Channel & Content Management for Clients Marketing Challenges
• Find new strategies and implement action plans
• Initiate, evolve and service relationships with network affiliates on marketing, brand and Live Event marketing
• Support the acquisition of new partners
• Cultivate exceptional business relationships with key decision making affiliates
