Software Team Lead
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3 months, extension possible
Location: Dachau
Description of Tasks
- Ensure technical task assignments to team, ensure necessary work scheduling and monitor/track work is completed to plan
- Ensure SW team deliverables for the project are completed with high quality and within overall project schedule deadlines and requirements.
- Ensure team members work adheres to software engineering process, procedures, standard work, or equivalent.
- Provide technical status for projects working with Project team leader. Chair SW team meetings, ensure code/design reviews and testing is completed to plan.
- Create necessary planning and coordination documentation such as but not limited to: SW development plans, SW Configuration management plans, etc. SW development process and procedure documentation.
- Interface with other discipline team leaders and staff (Verification Team Leader, HW team leader etc.) to ensure cross functional work and support from SW team is completed successfully.
- Perform other duties as assigned by department functional manager working with Project team leader.
