BSS Operations Manager/BSS System Maintenance Engineer
Job location: Germany - Dusseldorf
Main Responsibilities:
1. Proving clear leadership and direction for the quality service of maintenance for the Live Production Environments CCS
2. Building a strong trusted relationship with the client and ensuring that he/she are properly informed of actions and plans in the Operations domain;
3. Improving the stake-holder management across the different levels within our client that touches the Operations domain;
4. Strengthen the capability of the client's Operations team and its output in terms of Quality of service, Meaningful reports that can be shared with top management; stability and predictability of the CCS Production platform;
5. At all times act on-behalf of the client, meaning do not explain that you are external but act as if you are an employee both internally and with our client
6. Streamline the daily operations, ie fulfilling our SLA's with our client, incident and problem management, organizing planned deployments and release management, improving our life cycle patch deployment,
7. Build-up a strong team spirit with people that enjoy coming to work;
8. Formal and informal reporting on a regular basis to the client on the CCS programme;
Requirements:
1. English fluency both verbal and writing is essential
2. Works effectively in situations involving uncertainty, change, or lack of information.
3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
4. Good communication skills
5. Self-starter with ability and ambition to work remotely, onsite with a specific customer for extended or dedicated periods of time.
6. Ability to work across groups by setting mutual goals, ensuring clarity of roles, and working together in ways which enhance business effectiveness
7. Able to work on a multi-cultural environment
8. Over-night work needed sometime because of the technical operation on the customer production environment.(But company will pay the allowance)
