Our client, a PE-backed services business (over €1bn turnover) is urgently seeking an interim operational excellence transformation leader.
The role will be to design and rapidly implement a site-focused' operational excellence programme to reduce costs and improve customer service across thousands of locations in 12 countries.
You must have previous experience as a Senior Lean Transformation Specialist, with a significant track record across consulting and line management on driving multi-site operational excellence. You will have experience of a world class Lean Six Sigma toolkit and delivered within a business outside of manufacturing ie travel, retail, banking etc.
German speaking is a must. This a 6-12 month assignment, based in Germany.
