The local Organizational Change Manager (OCM) will act as a key interface between the Global VMS Project team and the Local VMS project team in executing the Global Change Management strategy with primary focus on supporting the local organizational change management activities. The local OCM will report into Global OCM for project purposes.
Develop the action plan for managing the local stakeholders Manage the execution of the local stakeholder management plan and report progress to the Global OCM Ensure that stakeholder management is consistent and synchronized across the VMS project's work streams and that a combined approach is adopted to stakeholders who are common to more than one work stream Identifying issues and risks that may affect stakeholder management and report them in a timely manner to the Global OCM Build local change & SBU change implementation plan Monitor plan with SBU and local PM Report progress to local PM and global OCM Raise, track and help resolve issues Support change readiness assessments Develop SBU specific actions plans to manage business readiness Develop the plan for the delivery of communication for the VMS rollout Create and manage delivery of the communication in accordance with the communication plan Define the high level learning needs of those areas of the business that are impacted by the VMS rollout Develop the training strategy for the VMS rollout differences between the current state and target state for the VMS rollout have been identified across the stakeholder groups Conduct change impact assessment for the impacted user groups and define new ways of working in collaboration with SBUs Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
