One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Project Manager with Vendor Management System (SAP Fieldglass)

To act as a key interface between the Global VMS Project team and the Local VMS project team with primary focus on the overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of the local/regional VMS implementation. The Local Project Manager will report into the Global Overall Project Manager
Secures the local deployment of the Global VMS Process and system template. Makes sure the Global Template is implemented as designed without any deviations.
Ensures local resources are made available for process and system review, end user testing and the support of the Go-Live of the system. Escalates to senior management if SME's cannot attend workshops or participate in testing Plans and organizes local workshops as defined by the Global Core VMS Team Provides the Global Overall Project Manager with TLS requirements sign off Provides weekly highlight reports into Global Overall Project Manager and participates in weekly VMS Project status calls Collaborates with the Global VMS Business & IT Stream Leads, Global OCM and local Country Champion Identifies issues and risks and reports them into the Global Overall Project Manager Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics in cooperation with local OCM Planning & directing schedules and monitor budget/spending Write and execute regional/local cut over plan (business activities) Define local test scenarios with input from local business resources Edit/Add regional/local test scripts steps to Global standard test scripts Track project deliverables and communicate with local stakeholders/SME's to deliver on-time and within scope and planning Provides final UAT report Supports and manages local data migration activities. Works closely with local data owners.
Keep all stakeholders updated on progress of project Provide direction and support to project team
