OSS Support Consultant - SPOC - Huawei - Nokia - Ericsson
RIZE Worldwide are working with a long standing customer who have won a new project to be operational from June 2016 in Germany. The new project will predominantly be managed services driven and the existing network elements are multi-vendor including Huawei, Nokia and Ericsson.
- SPOC for user account creation request to customer IT services during transition phase
- User account profile and template management; team support to raise the user account creation
- Responsible for IT User Help Desk, handling all IT support from project members, before sending to customer IT support
- Reporting on user account creation
- Responsible for OSS and IT business processes alignment with customer
- Local SPOC for OSS services towards customer
- Coordinate and support GNOC team for OSS service delivery
- Responsible for remote connectivity between customer permise and GNOC
- Team work with customer OSS team for seamless service delivery
- OSS support for business team
