OSS/IT SPOC Consultant

We are currently recruiting for a OSS/IT SPOC Consultant to join their business in Germany.
Position Title: OSS/IT SPOC Consultant
Position Type: Contract

Main Responsibilities:
- SPOC for user account creation request to customer IT services during transition phase User account profile and template management; team support to raise the user account creation;
- Responsible for IT User Help Desk, handling all IT support from project members, before sending to customer IT support;
- Reporting on user account creation;
- Responsible for OSS and IT business processes alignment with customer
- Local SPOC for OSS services towards customer;
- Coordinate and support GNOC team for OSS service delivery;
- Responsible for remote connectivity between customer premise and GNOC;
- Team work with customer OSS team for seamless service delivery
- OSS support for business team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering
- 3 years + experiences in telecom or IT managed services;
- Disponibility to work temporarily in irregular hours;
- Team player, feel comfortable in international environment;
- Understanding of quality measures and SLA implementation
- In depth understanding OSS operation and business situation and process;
- Independent, proactive and self motivated
- Fluency in English and German;
