Aufgabe:Support clients in the selection, implementation of SAP CRM module. This role requires consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the client’s business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Implementation of SAP CRM modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Design, configuration and testing in various SAP CRM Functions.
• Expertise in configuration of Service Request Management, Service Agreements, Service order Management, Service Contracts Management, Repairs, Preventive Maintenance ,Corrective Maintenance Complaints; Returns management, Credit Check Management for Service and sales order
• Expertise in analysing Business Processes and mapping Business Processes by following SAP Best Practices.
• Expertise in preparing Functional specification documents, User Manuals, Test Scripts and End user training.
• Expertise in SAP CRM Middleware integration with SAP ECC.
• Good experience with Integrating SAP and non-SAP Systems
• Good understanding and working experience SAP SD, MM and FICO.
• Manage or participate in SAP Workshops
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
Anforderung:
• SAP configuration experience
• At least three full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live)
• Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision
• CRM technical skills will be an advantage.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
• Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP,SD, MM,PS and FICO modules
• Business knowledge and process design skills
• Should work hand in hand with Tech Mahindra colleagues.
• Must be willing to travel in Europe when required during the roll out
Level of experience: Overall experience 5 to 10 years with minimum of 3 years in required skills.
Project language: Fluent communication skills in German language and English
