Security Project Support Analyst required for an initial 7 month contract based in Munich, Germany. The successful candidate must have Experience in project management/technical project lead around security projects and have experience of internal security audits.
Skills:
- Experience in project management/technical project lead around security projects
- Experience in security carve-out projects
- Strong reporting and communication skills
- Advisory and assessment of security solutions
- Internal security audits
As part of projects following Security Project support will be carried out:
- General Terms and advice to the project meetings
- Perform a risk and IM security review using predefined tools and templates (for example, IM Security Score, ARD)
- Support and performing project-specific security audits
- Consulting and evaluation of conceptioned solution, risk assessment based on internal security policies
- Coordination of the results with Security employees/team
- Removal and auditing solution
- As part of the operational reporting the following tasks are to be processed:
- familiarization with the specifications: templates, security policies, etc.
- Create a weekly report on the status of the topics discussed
- Ensure that, where projects/Enhancements always sufficient documentation is guaranteed (project directory, access, documentation of agreements, etc.).
- Transfer and Graduation
- As part of carve-out projects the following tasks are to be processed:
- Review of IT architectures affected by Cave-out assets
- review and auditing of migration plans between existing and new IT infrastructures and applications
- advising IM colleagues in terms of IT security aspects of planned changes
