Mandatory Technical Skills:
1. Expertise in SAP Order to Cash configurations, business requirement mapping and working with global technical team on issues. Expertise on Sales and Distribution.
2. Work directly with business users within Arthrex to understand the problem or issue and provide solutions independently.
3. Identify technical functionality that aligns with desired new business capabilities
4. Create business requirements for minor to moderate break/fix or enhancements
5. Plan and manage user acceptance testing activities
6. Plan and manage roll out of new functionality to production environment
7. Assist with day to day production support as needed
8. Experience or understanding of SAP Warehouse Management functionality.
Desirable Technical Skills:
At least eight years experience within a business function with business analysis or business process improvement activity required
At least six years experience with SAP SD
Experience with SAP WM and GTS
Experience with implementing Global SAP environment
Proficient in Testing and Documentation using proper methodologies
Proficient in writing business requirements
Previous position in Pharma or Medical Device industry a plus
