Salesforce (SFDC) Project Manager - Hesse, Germany
Languages: GERMAN and ENGLISH is mandatory
Description of work:
- Support the CRM team with technical support of the SFDC system
- Appropriately capture requirements, issues and enhancements, drive the assessment process and follow up until solved
- Project manage the technical implementation of next releases of SFDC (retrofit process)
- Act as technical helpdesk/support for SFDC to solve user requests end to end
- Manage SFDC releases 6-10 in co-operation with CRM lead, support and Retrofit team
- Drive the technical steady state support on behalf of the CRM team
- Support technical operation of the SFDC system related questions
- Drive the capturing, raising and follow-up of tickets for system defects
- Support the raising and follow up of system enhancements
- Support the system administration, acts as stand-in for system admin
- Serves as help desk for technical questions, captures and shares the solutions within the appropriate SFDC communities
- Support translation & documentation of SFDC
