Test Manager, with good knowledge in SDLC and Agile testing processes, is now required to join a leading financial services provider in Germany.
Detailed JD:
To lead the testing team to ensure the deliverables meet the client requirements and the specified quality and timeline parameters.
To participate in organization initiatives like CMMI compliance | DQI.
To lead| guide| manage| engage and develop the team.
To manage customer expectations on deliverables.
To project manage the testing project like estimating| resource management and scheduling with reference to testing work assignation etc.
Skills:
Good knowledge in SDLC and Agile testing processes
Good analysis and review of the input documents of testing activities (if required should be able to provide suggestions to development team)
Should be very good in preparing the Powerpoint presentations
Ability to guide the development and testing team on the process.
Ability to train the teams in the program
Should be abe to perform role as an internal auditor/gate keeper for each phases of the dev/testing life cycle
Provide regular feedback to the management on the improvement areas.
