Beschreibung

We envision the following activities to be covered by the Consultant:

  • Advise on industry best practices for multi-national Consumer Service organizations
  • Supply practical examples of how CS processes have been standardized in other multi-national companies
  • Supply best practices of Salesforce global template rollouts (do's and don'ts, success stories)
  • Help in defining 80/20 split for Global Template at adidas
  • Support in workshops with business stakeholders
  • Help in documenting global blueprint (processes and requirements)

Based on this, the Consultant should have the following profile:

  • Extensive experience working in Consumer Service projects for multiple Retail companies
  • Experience in implementing Salesforce on a global scale
  • Deep understanding of Global Templates and how they can be implemented
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and its features, supported processes, etc.
  • Healthy balance between technical understanding and business acumen
