Beschreibung
We envision the following activities to be covered by the Consultant:
- Advise on industry best practices for multi-national Consumer Service organizations
- Supply practical examples of how CS processes have been standardized in other multi-national companies
- Supply best practices of Salesforce global template rollouts (do's and don'ts, success stories)
- Help in defining 80/20 split for Global Template at adidas
- Support in workshops with business stakeholders
- Help in documenting global blueprint (processes and requirements)
Based on this, the Consultant should have the following profile:
- Extensive experience working in Consumer Service projects for multiple Retail companies
- Experience in implementing Salesforce on a global scale
- Deep understanding of Global Templates and how they can be implemented
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and its features, supported processes, etc.
- Healthy balance between technical understanding and business acumen
