Cisco (UC) Unified Communications Design and Support Consultant, Hamburg Germany
Global Telecoms Company have an immediate requirement for a Cisco (UC) Unified Communications Design and Support Consultant to be based on a long term project in Hamburg.
Experience in complex CISCO design and Support. Should be able to quickly understand the customer UC environment in order to provide implementation recommendations.
IPT technology Core/Access (Cisco);
Strong, assertive personality capable to deal with the challenges imposed by complex organizational structures
good knowledge of Network, IT Services, Mobility, Voice and/or integration solutions and technologies;
Minimum of 3-5 years related work experience in customer facing organizations within the telecom or IT industry.
Can work well under pressure and can handle escalations calmly and competently
Proven leadership skills with virtual team
Good understanding of Service Strategy, Service Design and Service Operation practices and principles.
Required:
* CCNP Voice Certified or higher
* ITIL certification is a plus - Focus on Transition and Change & Release Management;
* Strong, assertive personality capable to deal with the challenges imposed by complex organizational structures;
* Tenacity and persistence
* Language skills:
o English (fluent written and verbal)
o German (fluent written and verbal)
