Unified Communications Specialist: Unified Communications, UC, Voice, Cisco, Call Manager, CCNP Voice, CCVP
Contract opportunity for a Unified Communications Specialist/UC Engineer working with this well known service provider on a clients site in Hamburg.
This is a largely hands off role and requires excellent client facing and interaction skills backed by sound knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications, Voice, Call Manager etc.
You will advise the client on change requests and releases across a 9000 user environment so ITIL certification and sound change and release knowledge also ideally sought.
You will also assist in relaying technical requirements and new opportunities to the service provider and their design and architecture teams.
The role will be based in Hamburg and whilst initial term is for 3 months potential for 12 months.
