Required Skills:
Should have good knowledge in SDLC and Agile testing processes
Should have good analysis and review of the input documents of testing activities (if required should be able to provide suggestions to development team)
Should be very good in preparing the Powerpoint presentations
Ability to guide the development and testing team on the process.
Ability to train the teams in the program.
Should be abe to perform role as an internal auditor/gate keeper for each phases of the dev/testing life cycle
Provide regular feedback to the management on the improvement areas.
