IN Engineer/VAS Engineer - Surepay, Redknee
Darwin Recruitment are urgently searching for a IN/VAS specialist with strong experience in the Surepay systems.
The role:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and suggest/perform corrective or preventative maintenance actions on issues reported by customers. Provide in depth investigation of critical escalated issues.
- Provide technical support to all the Service Delivery teams.
- Use and apply Technical Support processes, policies & tools documentation (SITS*, EIF*, KMS* ). Contribute to their continuous improvement.
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction by providing services fully compliant with the SLA.
Experience required
Knowledge of:
- Alcatel OSP, eSM, MAS IN, SRP products
- Alcatel NavisRadius CSD, WLAN, GPRS Radius
- Redknee mCGW m-Billing
- Redknee SMSB
- Readware Alteon LB Loadbalancing: LDAP, SSO, MMSB, SMSB
- Atos-Origin CMS/ECC content management system
- Tracing tools - ex: Wireshark, K18
- Ability to document information
- Adaptability, Analytical skills, Customer focus
