Beschreibung

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for projects of international enterprise customers in Europe, implementing the cloud platform of ServiceNow.

Our projects combine process consulting - based on ITIL - and tool implementation - according to SCRUM. The challenge of this position is not only to fulfil the high level technical challenges and customer requests but as well to simultaneously engage in the know-how transfer within the company.

Tasks
* Taking over partial and complete project leadership in IT service management projects within the ServiceNow context
* Assurance of successful project completion (stakeholder management, responsible for schedule and budget plans, achievement of milestone etc.)
* Active customer management acting as single point of contact
* Technical leadership and supervision of team members during conceptual work, architecture design, implementation of service management processes as well as integration of ServiceNow
* Responsible for the quality assurance through all project phases
Qualification
* More than 5 years of professional experience with more than 10 projects completed
* Profound experience in project management in ITSM - projects
* Expert knowledge of IT service management (ITIL) and project management
* Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow and best practices is an advantage
* Structured working approach, ability to reduce complexity and work according to plans & schedules
* Clear communication competence with all involved stakeholders
* Ability to set priorities and strong decision-making competence

Language skills: business fluent in English and German
