- Experience in development team coordination
- Managing software projects (design, implementation, testing)
- Planning, controlling and monitoring of software projects (progress, milestones, quality, spend)
- Technical responsibility on work packages and control of progress
- Technical instruction of team members
- Development of work packages from the requirements and realisation of planning
- Risk control and development of quality measures
- Project documentation
- Mentoring and training of team members
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of the Loan IQ data model, Loan IQ suite and Loan IQ integration tools
- Experience with SQL is a must (DB2 / Oracle)
- Business analysis skills are an advantage
- Excellent software development skills in Java, experience in client/server architectures
- Strong skills in reporting tools and database query tools
