Tasks:
- Work with key stakeholders to identify and capture requirements (functional, non-functional and operational)
- Engage with key players to facilitate translation of business requirements into functional and technical requirements
- Define and agree appropriate acceptance criteria for all project stages, programme outputs and project deliverables
- Undertake and support the generation and approval of work requests and offers
- Build and maintain Prioritisation, Delivery Roadmap and programme delivery plans and secure approval
- Manage project delivery budget and expenditure for assigned projects in conjunction with the Project Management Office
- Escalation risks issues to stakeholders where necessary and management of their required resolution
- Support programme managers within the departmental governance structure
- Continuously builds strong relations with both internal and external suppliers and senior management to assure engagement and commitment by all parties
- Establish clear communication channels with stakeholders to support follow up on decisions, expected deliverables and actions for respective programmes
Skillset:
- Experienced Project and/or Delivery Manager, preferably within the Telco sector
- Adept at creating project plans and using a variety of presentation tools
- Experience managing multidisciplinary projects and programmes, end to end
- Experience developing and maintaining executive level stakeholder relationships
- Experience working with multi-site teams
- Experience managing 3rd parties
- PRINCE 2 or APMP Project Management qualifications Alternatively ITIL
- Fluent written and spoken English
