Job description:
The role involves Project management, Gap assessment, Process definition, Estimation, process training, and client project hand holding, participate in process improvements.
General Abilities:
* Should have good presentation and client management skills.
* Good knowledge of Software Engineering, Metrics Management.
* Good understanding of Test life cycle.
* Good exposure to Project management Tools used in Software development and Process management (process mapping - Visio, Configuration management tools, Defect tracking tools, MS Project etc.).
Consulting exposure:
* Ability to conduct training on process related areas.
* Expertise expected in some of these areas - Agile, CMMI v1.3, Six Sigma, Lean, ITIL, SDLC/Agile techniques, Metrics and Project Management.
* Exposure to SPICE - ISO/IEC 15504, ISO 13485, AS9100 is an added advantage.
Essential:
* Passion for quality.
* Proven experience of the full life cycle of design and developing in Real Time Embedded systems software.
* Proven experience of auditing, assessment following through findings to determining root cause & implementing corrective actions.
* Proven experience of ability to interface with engineers, Senior Managers and Customers.
* Proven experience of being self-motivated and working independently.
