Ihre Aufgaben
- Working in a team and also self-dependent at development projects for gas engines with focus on lifetime extension of mechanical components, rework- remanufacturing and repair methods of components and maintenance optimization
- Conceptual and detailed design of mechanical components for gas engines
- Definition, planning and execution of measurement campaigns on engine test benches and customer sites including proper selection of measurement equipment and subsequent analysis
- Definition and execution of validation strategy
- Definition and further development of tools and processes for Services in house and in the field
- Definition and optimization of engine repair, upgrade in house and in the field
- Further development of existing products, new product introduction and new technology innovations
- Tight collaboration with mechanical and thermodynamic engineering, design and test validation
Ihr Profil
- Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (Dipl.-Ing. FH / University)
- Working experience in an engine development environment preferable
- Program management experience preferable
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to travel to ensure global team alignment
- Good German and English language skills
