Aufgaben:
Currently we are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager (m/f) for a bank transfer platform.

Your tasks will be:
+ Own the resolution of end to end Bank platform issues. Work cross-functionally with product development, CS, operations, vendors, and other internal teams on resolving complex live issues.
+ Closely work with the bank partners
+ Conduct Business reviews with the bank partners to continuously improve the performance and leverage partner’s local market expertise to gain the regional product knowledge.
+ Develop and enhance analytics to track and manage Product performance relative to internal goals.
+ Launch relevant bank payment products (direct debits, withdrawals, Top Up etc.) in different countries within EMEA by closely working with different partners.
+ Leverage existing bank payments systems including ACH, wires, online banking, bill pay, and related systems, to better improve the customer experience
+ Lead product design and development, to drive the bank product platform, in consultation with stakeholders such as User Interface Design, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Project Management.
+ Partner with local markets to get a better understanding of the banking landscape and the market changes.

Anforderungen:
+ Proven track-record of bringing new online payments products to market.
+ 7+ years working in payments or online payments environment and a knowledge of product and technology used in banking systems.
+ Strong analytical skills & technical acumen along with knowledge of product management principles.
+ Flexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business tradeoffs, generate out-of-the-box solutions and manage uncertainty.
+ Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and the proven ability to influence and communicate effectively.
+ Ability to work across various functions/teams remotely, educating, influencing and advising non SME stake holders
+ A willingness to travel is required and the knowledge of German, French is a plus.
+ Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, engineering, or related field.
+ strong knowledge of bank systems like SEPA, BACS, online banking, core banking etc
+ detailed knowledge of payment systems in general including card systems
