Project Support Clearing Supervision
Field of activity
As a member of Clearing Supervision you would support one of the current strategic Clearing projects with a focus on functional operation and project content e.g manage activities, dependencies and issues, create management presentations and effort planning, coordinate interface to other sections, etc.
Support is requested for implementation of the European Central Bank T2S (TARGET2- Securities) initiative which aims to provide a Europe-wide harmonized settlement environment to all participating CSDs and the European Central Bank.
Tasks/responsibilities
Support Project with focus on analysis and resolution of functional impact for Clearing Supervision of the strategic clearing project T2S
Evaluate impact of business and emergency procedures
Ensure staff- and organizational readiness
Ensure correctness and timeliness of project plan incl. monitoring milestones of other projects that are important for own project milestones
Identify and evaluate project risks and issues and monitor respective activities to mitigate project risks
Draft management presentations and project internal status reporting
Prepare, participate in and document project meetings
Effort management and reporting
Qualifications/required skills
Knowledge of Central Counterparties (CCPs) desired
Experience with impact analysis of functional documentation
Experience with customer support in the finance industry
Confident use of Microsoft Office
Experience with maintenance of data, process workflows and documentations
Highly motivated and engaging nature, positively assertive
Ability to work independently and under pressure with a high degree of reliability/flexibility
Team player with good communication skills
Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
