Project Management Officer (Market Supervision Cash "T7" Project), MS Office
Task and responsibilities
- Issue tracking and handling
- Organization of diverse cross-section and department meetings and workshops with respective follow up activities
- Creation, maintenance and review of process documentation
- Creation and further improvement of templates, checklists and matrices
- Planning and tracking of tasks related to preparation and introduction of new trading and clearing systems - in close cooperation with respective project stream leads
- Maintenance of project status reports
- Other supporting activities for the steering committee, project lead and stream leads in tasks directed at successful migration into the new trading system
Mandatory skills and experience
- Experience in project management with examples of successful participation in projects
- Experience in process management
- Experience in document management processing (preferably in Alfresco)
- Ability to organize, communicate and to work in an international and multi-lingual project team
- Ability to adapt to a quick-paced environment with tight deadlines and to ensure timely completion of set targets; stress-resistance
- Communication skills combined with the ability to prepare and present complex analysis/findings
- Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
- Excellent handling of MS Office applications (in particular MS Project/MS Visio/MS PowerPoint)
