Training Consultant
A Training Consultant is required for immediate start with a leading Munich based client for a long term contract.
The Training Consultant will have the following skills and experience -
- 5-10 Years of experience
- Self-Motivated
- Experience in ECMS (eg oneWeb, Jive Software) and related technologies is a plus.
- Ability to quickly incorporate new technologies and processes
- Experience in working and managing training on an enterprise level
- Language Skills: English, German, French - based on the capability to provide both written and verbal training to employees
- Communication & Presentation: Ability to express ideas and messages clearly, both written and verbally, Training Consulting Skills, Training design Skills and Training facilitation Skills: ideally including the Train-the-trainer (general)
