Guten Tag,ch suche aktuell für ein internationales Projektteam einer Bank in Frankfurt einen Process Consultant (m/f).
For a customer in the Frankfurt area, I am currentlylookingfor a "ProcessConsultant" (m/f)
Objective :
-Theprocessesaredocumentedcorrectlyaccordingtotheappliedmethodology in thechosentools
-Interviews areexecutedfollowing a givenplananddocumentedappropriately
Tasks :
-Theprocessesaredocumented baseduponinput (forexampleflipchartsordrawings) andexplanation
-Writing of meetings minutes (Interviews, etc.)
-Executionofinterviews
-Acquiringdetailinformationacrossorganization
-PlanningofworkCompetencies
-Clear objectives will be provided and explained at start and ongoing:
o The final implementation in thetoolbaseduponroughcriteria
o Thedocumentationmanagementandrelatedtools
Capabilities:
-Strongcommunicationskills, oral andwritten
-Organisedworkandinterest in methodology
-Strongknowledgeofprocessdocumentationtools - ideally ADONIS, ADOit
-Strongknowledge in processanalysisandprocessdesign
-Powerpoint / Visio -Excel / Pivot / References (Vlookup etc.)
-Experience in design of processes (e. g. patch management, vulnerability management)
-Experience in IT operations
