My client, a multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking for freelance support in the field of Procurement Services Serialization - beginning from February 2016.
The planned duration will be 12 months, the location can either be Munich or Princeton, US.
Your major activities:
1. Develop cross-divisional project plan fpr serialization roll-out in region US and EU
2. Lead and drive the project plan in collaboration with global serialization teams in affiliates
3. Lead all serialization price/investment negotiations
4. Generate cost assessment and negotiate all on costs with CMOs. Create costing reports to be tracked and shared monthly with Serialization and ESO leadership team
5. Arrange and lead all technical supplier engagements and technical kickoff meetings
6. Create cost benchmarks for implementation and communicate within procurement community
7. Establish knowledge sharing on subject to educate wider community
8. Support GCM of packaging (ESO) to drive category strategy with analytical and project management
Key performance indicators:
1. Completion of program milestones on or before committed deadlines
2. ensure full CMO compliance against legislation and timelines
3. ensure minimal to no cost impacts
4. clear set of benchmarks handed over with effective knowledge sharing process and activity can be sustained and managed internally
Requirements:
1. Business fluent English
2. Engineering or Business Degree; MBA strongly desired
3. Min 10 years of relevant professional experience; Minimum 5 years experience in pharmaceutical industry
4. Combination of experience in:
i) Engineering and or Track and Trace Experience,
ii) Procurement and Commercial negotiation experience
iii) Previous consulting background
iv) Project Management
5. Very strong ability to think analytically and structured
6. Full fluency in MS Office
7. SKills in effective communication with senior management both verbally and through PowerPoint slides
8. Comfortable with ambiguity and management of highly complex programs
9. High degreee of cross-cultural perception/sensitivity and strong team collaboration skills
Expected Timeline:
- 18th Dec 15 - Deadline for submission of profiles
- 13th Jan 16 - 20th Jan 16 - Interviews
- 22th Jan 16 - Decision
- 01st Feb 16 - Project Start
