For one of our clients we are looking for a Social Strategist


Main task:
The primary role of the Strategist is to guide, lead and reinvent new ways of leveraging social media to engage consumers. Deliverables: Thought Leadership & Innovation, Competitive Insights, Strategic Recommendations

Target of Task:
• Lead and manage all client communications
• Develop social strategy
• Master of the social media ecosystem and all social channels
• Set up the delivery, the workflow, the reporting
• Build up and manage a social team in Germany
• Set up a social topic plan
• Development of social guidelines/playbooks
• Budget planning/estimation support
• Close collaboration with content strategy lead
• Building up the social studio team,
• Identify potential opportunities and risks
• Lead global roll outs
• Being part of the German strategy team, reporting directly into the director strategy

Required Skills:
• Must have 5 years of social media experience
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building teams.
• Experience in strategy & planning for major clients.
• Skilled knowledge of the Social Media, Content Marketing, and Digital Advertising space.
• Ability to come up with and deliver creative ideas and concepts.
• Experience in managing complex teams, motivating groups, and handling client relations.
• Exhibits exceptional communication and writing skills with a superior attention to detail.
