Aufgaben:Currently we are looking for an experienced Telecom Engineer (m/f) for an interesting project.
Your tasks will be:
+ Responsible for maintenance of the voice systems and equipment
+ Assists in the identification of voice system and voice network problems
+ Creates, reads and interprets system/circuit/cabling diagrams, inventory, functional specifications and related documentation as required for system housekeeping
+ Supplies & reviews such documentation regarding the function, performance, traffic, or administration of the telecommunications equipment
+ Specific Call Centre / Contact Centre system upkeep
+ Project workload to assist with building, programming and delivery of voice services to new offices, expansions, upgrades, etc.
+ Performs the overall equipment administration for the telecommunications system
+ Assists with evaluation of new voice related software and hardware productsJobtitel:

+ Experience with maintaining and/or designing Avaya Red voice systems
+ Experience with maintaining Call Centre systems within a multi-site corporate firm
+ Knowledge of modern telecom technologies, SIP, SBC, QOS, IP Networking, etc.
+ Knowledge of system adjuncts, such as Genesys, NICE, Experience Portal, etc.
+ Qualifications relevant to voice engineering role (certificate, diploma, degree) voice networking and vendor specific (e.g. CCNA, ACIS/ACSS)
