For our client in the telecommunication industry we are currently looking for a Technical Service Manager with strong API knowledge
Start: 16.11.2015
Duration: 3 months (+ extension, 3 months roll-over contracts)
Location: Düsseldorf
Volume: 40 hours/week
Language: English (fluent written and verbal)
Project description:
The project takes place in the Product and Services department. Our client is looking for an experienced technical Service Manager with deep API knowledge who can support with a hands-on attitude
Tasks/Daily business:
- Reading and analysing of service design
- Incident and Problem Management
- Capacity management
- Stakeholder management
- Take full ownership of Services and support them
- Reporting
- Check for defects
- Conduct service review with customer
- Create Dashboards and analyse statistics
We are looking for a candidate with the following mandatory skills:
- Strong API knowledge
- + 3 years strong service management experience
- Technical background (infrastructure); 1st 2nd 3rd level support
- Understanding of designs
- Hands-on attitude
- Fluent communication skills
- Good Capacity Management experience
- Good background in telecommunication industry
