IT Junior Contract Manager, Infrastructure, Software Hardware Components

Role/Area
Systems Infrastructure department is a cross-border department split between two main locations Luxembourg and Frankfurt. The scope of activities will cover both locations.

As IT Contract Manager (IT-CM) you will work alongside the Systems Infrastructure Budget & Contract Management team and Technology Purchasing. You will perform the renewal of IT Hardware and Software maintenance and support and/or Services in respect of the active contracts and the Contract Management process. You will assist Systems Infrastructure in the implementation of the new SAP Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.

The IT Contract Manager (IT-CM) is responsible for following tasks:

  • Raise the Shopping Cart(s) for the acquisition of new IT software and hardware component(s) or for the renewal of IT software and hardware maintenance and support and/or services as defined in currently applicable contracts.
  • Collect and deliver the required documentation for the Contract Routing Card (CRC) review at destination to Corporate Legal, Group Tax, Controlling & Accounting, Compliance, Outsourcing, Data Protection and Technology Purchasing stakeholders. This task also includes to track the progress of the CRC review process with the involved parties until completeness and store the final review within the Contract Management System (CMS).
  • Support the migration of the existing and active contracts of Systems Infrastructure department in Luxembourg and Frankfurt into the new Contract Management System in SAP CLM
  • Trigger the review process of contracts and perform the follow-up until completeness and store the final review within the Contract Management System (CMS).
  • Act as a reference point for queries and information about contracts.

Qualifications/Required Skills

  • Experience in contract review (and negation) for IT hardware, software and services
  • First experience in order processing with SAP SRM will be an asset
  • Good understanding of the IT landscape
  • Diligent with attention to details and correctness
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player, and able to work on own initiative
  • Knowledge of MS Office

Languages:

Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional knowledge of French and/or German will be considered as an asset.

Signment Information

  • Start Date: Immediate/As soon as possible
  • End Date: Assignment is currently foreseen until end of year
  • Location: Luxembourg with activities to perform for both locations Frankfurt and Luxembourg
  • Basis: Full-time
