SENOVO IT is urgently looking for a SAP CRM Services Functional Consultant.
The project is ongoing. We are looking for a strong SAP CRM services Consultant to manage the design followed by a Global Roll Out into different European countries.
Blueprinting and requirements' gathering.User acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live of SAP CRM Services module.
Support SAP CRM and SAP ECC SD, MM, WM, FICO integration,
Co-manage and collaborate with a team of Consultants and internal ECC analysts on a Pan-European project, successfully meeting key milestone dates and manage stake holders change requests, have regular meetings, train, users, drive changes.
Create test scripts and drive integration and regression testing with internal IT, Consultants, and business project stakeholders.
Work with the business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, develop and document business cases/project scope documents and risk analysis.
Skills and abilities required: Experience implementing SAP CRM with an emphasis on SAP CRM Service with integration to SAP ECC. At least 4 years of relevant experience.
Experience integrating SAP CRM and ECC working with business and IT leadership to develop a strategy for SAP. Experience with functional design and configuration of SAP CRM. Experience with end-user support for SAP CRM. Technical knowledge of Interaction Center (IC), web development.
Good analytical and problem solving skills as well as Good planning and organizing skills. German language is a bonus but not mandatory for this assignment.
