For our customer in the insurance sector in Northrhine-Westfalia we are looking asap until the end of the year for an experienced PMO (m/w).

Your tasks:
- The PMO is responsible for the support of classical project management tasks and that is more than just figures and numbers
- Supports Project Manager in day to day work
- Organize and prepare workshops and meetings
- Create meeting minutes
- Prepare presentations for Steering Committee and other management boards
- Preparation of regular finance and status reporting within Planview
- Coordinate reporting across all teams and identify key information that require management attention and need to be discussed in governance meetings
- Maintain the governance model
- Maintain the organization chart and roles
- Determine work planning tool and define guidelines
- Create and Maintain Project Plan and Milestones
- Define work plan metrics and what will be reported together with PM
- Define, maintain & monitor metrics together with PM
- Maintain data collection standards and infrastructure
- Document risks and issues
- Manage cross-team risk and issue escalations
- Maintain and support Project Management Artefacts

Your Profile:
- Fluent in verbal and written German and English
- Very good skills in creating Powerpoint presentations
- Know how in usage and maintenance of projects within Planview
- Usage and administration of Sharepoint
- Expert in Windows 7 + Office 2010 (esp. Excel)
- Good Know How in Project Controlling and Metrics
- Proven knowledge of MS Project
- User knowledge of Lotus Notes (Mail and Calendar)
- Proven knowledge in Project Management Methodology (PMI preferred)
- Very good social and communication skills
