Business Analyst required to join one of the fastest growing technology companies in the UK. This is a 6 month contract based in Germany (with some UK travel) offering excellent daily rate.
Requirements:
- Develop and document optimised processes.
- Leverage management information to identify opportunities to continually improve processes.
- Translate business operations and objectives into requirement/design documentation defining business requirement for technology enablement to improve operational efficiencies whilst also improving the customer service experience.
- Lead and support staff to provide analysis and undertake requirements gathering.
- Apply analytical skills to process documentation.
- Facilitate the definition of solution acceptance criteria and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Produce/document project deliverables at all phases from initiation through to closure.
- Support defect management and closure to ensure a quality delivery.
