Project Manager-Airline Business-functional documentation/technical documentation/Middleware
On behalf of my client who is one of the largest system Integrator with a t/o in excess of $6bn and present in over 31 countries, GIOS Technology are looking for a Architecture Business Analyst with the following experience:
Job description:-
Position: Project Manager
Location - Frankfurt Germany
Mode: Contractual
To manage and ensure that the project schedules are adhered to as per the client specifications and deliveries are as per the time and quality standards.
(1.) Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls
(2.) Raising risks| issues and escalation to senior management and customer
(3.) To ensure process improvement and compliance| and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents
(4.) To create all quality documents| collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities.
(5.) To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards
Additional requirement
- Process Knowledge in Airline Business
- Experience in functional and technical documentation (specification) as a basis for implementation and testing in complex environments
- Process Knowledge in Airline Business especially in the area of flight search (availability, pricing, shopping, merchandizing)
- Process Knowledge in Airline Business especially in the area of booking engine technology including ticketing
- Process Knowledge in Airline Business especially in the area of online payment
- Process Knowledge in Airline Business especially in the area of online sales technologies (E-commerce), User Data Management and COTS web commerce applications
- Process Knowledge in Airline Business especially in the area of online sales technologies (E-commerce), User Interface and User Experience for sales and customer self-services including check-in
- Knowledge in Middleware technologies
- Knowledge in interface descriptions and as well standard as airline specific interface notation (XML, JSON, NDC, OTA)
- Experience in business impact analysis for functionality gaps and non-functional requirements (response times, message sizes, peak traffic)
