Project Description
• Work with stakeholders to plan, develop and deliver high-quality content as the owner of content strategy
• Work closely with internal and external resources in support of the implementation of website functionality, email marketing, social media implementation and other digital marketing strategies
• Research, recommend and implement website content best practices to improve processes and tools
• Collaborate with others to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage digital platforms to support additional business processes and functions
• Ensure content adheres to search engine optimization (SEO) best practices and research and implement new SEO trends
• Manage development of and distributing content for one or more offering
• Act as creator and executor of real-time brand content and communications targeted to existing customers and prospects across Europe
• Act as a community manager across channels including LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube using social media technology to publish content, monitor conversations and engage with customers and prospects
• Assist in mining for, creating and changing image/copy where needed for curated content from marketing teams, third parties and user-generated content
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to ensure moderation efforts and content deliverables are aligned with brand voice, company needs, legal guidelines, marketing requirements and business objectives
• Observe and make recommendations regarding conversations, other social communities, competitors, trends and technologies in the marketplace that are relevant to social/digital presence

Qualifications
• Experience in developing the overall content strategy including the development of content and functional solutions in collaboration internally and externally across all digital and social media platforms
• Experience in driving the creation and leverage of relevant content from inside the company and out
• Experience in maintenance and evolution of the company’s web site, LinkedIn and email newsletter, video creation, editorial content (advertorials, comments/interpretation of legal updates and its implications), community development and digital listening
• Experience in developing the voice for all aspects of the online presence and the moderation of the community
• Experience in keeping on the company’s communications standards and integrity across all communications channels
• Writing, editing and proofreading site content
• Work closely with the technical team to maintain site standards with regard to new development
• Experience in developing top-performing creative content and delivering compelling and clear analytics insights
• Experience in driving short-term and real-time social media strategy, develop and manage daily creative and editorial content, engage with our communities, monitor conversations, and track and analyze metrics against these functions
• Work closely with the communications, marketing, PR and Sales support teams to build and deploy content (and social media) campaigns and engagement tactics that help to gain visibility with existing and new customers and exceed business goals
• Work with team members to contribute to documentation of best practices and hone policies, guidelines and reporting to create efficiencies and become more effective across social media marketing and community management
• Experience in the financial services industry
• German and English (fluent written and spoken)
