We are currently looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to work on an application-internal message system, used to transmit notifications for the alarm system. The application has been developed already and has 8 modules:• Module 0 - Administration and role and rights system
• Module 1 - Catalogue of measures with alarm and individual measures that can be triggered
• Module 2 - Alarm calendar (contains agency-specific orders based on alarms and individual measures, which can also be generated as documents - also called alarm folders)
• Module 3 - Alarm (Situation which, by triggering alarm commands, instructs departments to carry out measures in their alarm calendar)
• Module 4 - Confirmation of implementation (confirmation of the alarmed departments on the status of the required measures)
• Module 5 - Presentation of the situation (tabular and geographic evaluation of an alert)
• Module 6 - Merging of department-related data imported from external systems and information brought in by the departments via change reports (e.g. availability, processor AW)
• Module 7 - Message alarm system (internal message system)
You will help us with the requirements engineering, user experience, user interface and provide some general services.
Project details:
• Starting period: 01.01.2023
• Ending period: 31.12.2023 (quarterly contracts)
• Full-time: (5 days/week)
• Location: Meckenheim and Bonn (20%), and Flamersheim/ Euskirchen (80%). Some remote work could be negotiated
• Language: German
Experience:
• Scrum Master certificate or project reference in the resume
• Recording and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements using comprehensive requirements engineering
• Process modelling of business processes, e.g. using UML
• Creation and technical coordination of solution approaches with the development view based on feasibility studies
• Use of methods and techniques to ascertain the usage context and usage requirements, for example by means of workshops, user surveys or interviews
• Translating requirements into s.g. User/customer journeys
• Creating and implementing qualitative and quantitative system user surveys and interviews for UX research and user tests
• Wireframe creation in Balsamiq
• Creating high-fidelity mockups in Adobe XD
• Design of graphical user interface elements such as menus, tabs and widgets for the extension of a theme component library
• Jira and Confluence
• Application of agile methods and agile software development in projects
