We are looking for an experienced UX Designer:Responsibilities
• Working in eCommerce field and with direct contact to the customer
• You are responsible to defining and designing eCommerce capabilities like Payment, Leasing, Financing and Delivery types
• You drive initiatives to optimize Checkout functionalities and processes for a better UX
• You are responsible for the complete design-lifecycle of your design”
• You create UX concepts, assets, documentations aligned to a common Design standard
• You ensure that your design solution meets Business Requirement and is feasible by close alignment with your team
• You ensure that your design solution meets the platform standards (scalable, integrationable, data-driven)
• You support Program Managers and Product Owners during Business Requirement stage to get the optimal balance between Business – UX
• You support Developers during refinements, implementation and release to ensure that we deliver high UX quality
• You support other team members, clients, external stakeholders by providing UX feedback and recommendation
Who you are
• You have a proven track record of e-commerce and successfully shipped 1+ web-shop to an international audience
• You are passionate on delivering the best shopping experience to the customer and driving conversion for your client
• You are familiar with terms like Buyer journey, Seller journey, PLP, PDP, Cart, Checkout, transactional emails, Payment, Delivery, Compliance, Pricing, Product catalogue, etc.
• You are born agile and feel comfortable in a highly agile working set-up. You flourish in an environment of lean UX principles, peer-to-peer review, pair designing, cross-profession collaboration
• On a day-to-day basis you like to work in close collaboration with developers, architects, consultants, legal departments and Product Management across time zones and location.
• You are self-reliant and fearless - not getting tiered of pushing for better UX outcome, discover and drive new UX initiatives
• You have a pragmatic mindset to find a good balance between Business Requirements - UX – Technology; but never let business and system-restriction get in your way to push for a better UX
• You have strong moderation and Stakeholder Management skills
• You are fluent in German and English
