Stellenbeschreibung:Our client is looking to re-design it´s digital gateway for it´s B2B customers. The B2B customers are resellers of my clients products. We need a Senior Business Analyst (IIBA certified or similar) to do the Requirements Analysis for the front end customer journey on the re-seller portal. Our customer wants a UX unified front end which would act as an easy to understand Portal Gateway to existing systems like e-Commerce, CRM, Loyalty awards, User Identity etc. Application know-how of the back end systems is not needed. As the Business Analyst you will be interacting with the stakeholders, business, IT and the external agency designer of the UX front end. The Senior Business Analyst might already experienced in customer facing web and digital domains, be familiar with customer journey mapping and digital touchpoints. Most of all they will be a Senior Business Analyst, (preferably IBBA certified or similar Business Analyst qualification) and be able to do the Requirements Analysis!
Unbedingt erforderlich:Senior Business Analyst (preferably IIBA Certified) able to do the requirements scope for the UX DXP program for B2B resellers in a business stream. Manage the dependencies and Tracability, Manage the project scope, Verification process and Test Feedback, Experience in customer facing digital domains like CMS, DXP, UX, E-Commerce very nice to have.
Project Positives:6 months extendable to 2 year project if the initial UX project is succesful.
