Beschreibung
We are currently looking for an UX Designer to help with a product, which facilitates the work of our Product Managers in terms of building, launching and monitoring the performance of different insurance products, available in various distribution channels. The goal is to create a tool, which allows for the complete configuration of an insurance product, aiming to increase the efficiency of the internal process. Moreover, this product will be offered to customers in the foreseeable future.You will be mapping the user flows, which are currently supported, while also identifying crucial areas for improvement from an UX point of view. Additionally, you will be designing improvements to the UX of some specific parts of the tool, based on the product roadmap. We will provide you with user research, current UX issues and usability test documentation (video and text).
