Responsibilities
Act as a superior coordinator of the content rollout planning and implementation which allows increased customer and service quality
Coordinate closely with content provider and various different stakeholders from the headquarter as a first point of contact
Take care of escalation management and empower the team for good operational work
Operational Tasks
Coordinate all rollout tasks within the rollout team along upcoming campaigns and the annual rollout plan; Train, develop and coach the team
Plan resources for the different rollout topics and campaigns
Support and enable the rollout managers within their tasks of implementing content, coordinating Go-Live and providing hypercare
Anticipate and intercept capacity bottlenecks
Participate in coordination meetings with content provider and ensure market requirements are considered
Regular communication and coordination with different stakeholders
Ensure continuous improvement regarding efficiencies, tool utilization, processes and collaboration
Tools & Technical knowledge
Understanding and competence in digital infrastructures, as well as website content rollout, maintenance and support
Experience with the Atlassian tools JIRA and Confluence is of advantage
Experience with AEM is of advantage
