Freelance UX/UI Designer (f/m/d)
(Berlin, Hamburg or remote/ Full-Time)
Your Tasks:
• Manage the end-to-end product design process, from research/discovery to prototyping to delivery in collaboration with developers within your cross-functional team
• Simplify large and complex ideas into clever and user-friendly solutions
• Prototype and create comprehensive user flows, storyboards, site maps, etc.
• Create and manage sophisticated design systems
• User data analysis as well as quantitative and qualitative user research
• Planning, participating in and leading usability tests
• Preparing and leading various workshops to encourage more design-oriented thinking
Your profile:
• At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design
• Advanced knowledge of prototyping tools such as Figma
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Strong understanding of design systems and web app layouts and responsive design guidelines, familiarity with Tableau would be a plus
• Creative, solution- and detail-oriented as well as structured hands-on personality with a good eye for design, combined with a good sense for innovative ideas and a passion for Product Design
• Fluent in English
